4.2 Estimated delivery times are between 3 to 17 business days from the dispatch date. These are estimates and may vary depending on the product’s origin, availability, and other factors.

4.3 Once we dispatch the product, the risk of loss or damage passes to you. Ownership passes upon full payment.

4.4 We are not responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply in your country.

5. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

5.1 If you purchase from us as a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

5.2 If you cancel within this period, you must return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us. You may handle the goods to inspect them, but are responsible for any reduction in value caused by use beyond what is necessary to evaluate them (e.g. using them beyond a simple inspection).

5.3 Unless the item is faulty or not as described, you are responsible for return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked service.

5.4 We will refund you the full cost of the item, including standard delivery charges (not any premium options), within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

5.5 If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible. We will provide a replacement or a full refund and cover the return postage where required.
